NIGHT and LOW LIGHT Photography Field Trip/ Monday, Feb 20, 2012

4-6 PM

We will meet at the Rock Bottom Brewery-cafe
740 N Plankinton Avenue
Milwaukee, WI 53203

Due to the President's Day holiday, our location has changed from previous discussion. We will now meet inside the Rock Bottom restaurant at 4 pm. I will be at a table reserved under David Denemark/photo students. Come in to check attendance and get the assignment sheet. You will be able to warm up as needed in the restaurant and will be working outside building for about two hours along the river walk near the Wells Street Bridge. Dress warm as you will be outside most of the time. Parking is on your own. See restaurant link below for more info on parking, location and menu. After dark we will be wrapping up our photo shoot and you may leave or stay for food and drink.

This is an example of the collage photos and arrangement I would like to see all student photographers attempt to reproduce in their own style. Use no more than 5-9 images for your completed project.

I have taught hundreds of people how to improve their photographic skills through a series of six-week, non-credit, classes offered by Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), located in Pewaukee, WI.

Each class is offered several times a year and can be taken by anyone interested in becoming more visually literate while overcomming the usual technical problems so common to many newer photographers. Cost is around $50 per course.
